Colormatrix™ Lactra™ ESL is a light-blocking additive designed specifically for extended shelf-life (ESL) liquid dairy products. This innovative solution effectively shields dairy products from the harmful effects of visible and LED light, ensuring that the nutritional content, taste, and appearance of liquid dairy products are maintained for up to 3 months.
This solution is formulated to block light in the 400-550 nm range - the wavelengths most responsible for content degradation - and by doing so, helps to protect essential vitamins and other nutrients from developing off-flavors, scents, and discoloration, ensuring liquid dairy products taste and look their best.
