Buyer shall be obliged to accept the Products and pay the rate specified in the order confirmation for the quantity of Products delivered by Seller. Buyer shall disseminate such information so as to give warning of possible hazards to persons whom Buyer can reasonably foresee may receive exposure to such hazards, including, but not limited to, Buyer’s employees, agents, contractors and customers. Seller shall have the right to terminate an order confirmation with immediate effect if at any time prior to delivery, a person or group of persons who are unrelated to the persons controlling Buyer as of the date of the order confirmation, acquires control, through ownership of voting securities or otherwise, over Buyer.
