Evins brings over 28 years of IT leadership experience to Avient, most recently serving as Executive Vice President and CIO at LPL Financial where she led agile technology transformations to improve end user experience and meet increased business needs. She has extensive experience modernizing legacy systems, building automation, scaling IT resources, and enabling business success through technology.

She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Miami University, where she graduated with honors.

He spent 12 years at Valspar Corporation with increasing roles of responsibility, including Vice President, where he was accountable for the North American segment of its liquid, powder, electrocoat and after market specialty chemical businesses.
