livraisons ou l'Acheteur à acheter les quantités dont il
a été ainsi privé.

le cas ou le Vendeur et l'Acheteur seraient
expressément convenus dans le contrat de vente que le
respect des délais est une condition essentielle,
l'Acheteur pourra obtenir un dédommagement
s'élevant à 0,5% de la valeur de la facture pour chaque
semaine entièrement écoulée de retard.
Dans tous les
cas, la responsabilité du Vendeur du fait du défaut ou
du retard dans la livraison ne pourra pas excéder 5%
du montant de la facture pour lesdites livraisons, à
l'exclusion de toutes autres réclamations.
