One example is Avient’s patented AA scavenger, ColorMatrix™ AAnchor™ Acetaldehyde Scavenger, developed to mitigate the issues associated with ATA-based solutions. Avient has developed a "Heat Stability Protocol" to screen new additive solutions for their impact on color and NIAS through two full recycle loops at 100% recycled content.

The Brooks design team members turned to Avient for help developing a solution that would work seamlessly with Brooks’ proprietary TPE blend used in the shoe's midsoles.  Switching to Avient's GLS™ TPEs enabled Brooks to move to a single injection molding process, yielding a 30-40 percent reduction in energy usage and a projected savings of $80,000 to $100,000 annually. 

FR COMPOSITE PANELS Our Hammerhead FR composite panels consist of specially formulated continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic (CFRTP) sheets bonded to a thermoplastic foam core. They turned to Avient’s panels as a smarter alternative to traditional materials.
