TERMS AND CONDITIONS These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of Products to another (“Buyer”) by Avient Corporation and its affiliates located in the Czech Republic, namely Avient Material Solutions ČR s.r.o., with the seat at Pobřežní 620/3, 18600 Prague, Id. C 13832, and Avient S.à r.l., acting through its branch Avient S.à r.l. If Buyer resells the Products, Buyer agrees to the Terms and Conditions Regarding Buyer Resale of Avient Products located at www.avient.com/terms.
