In the event that no settlement is reached within 60 days after such written request has been received, then any party may submit the Dispute to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (“CIETAC”) Shanghai Sub-commission for arbitration, which shall be conducted in accordance with CIETAC’s arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration.
