Color is reflective light. Light travels into the color and reflects back to our eye the base and color of the sample we are viewing. Eventually, the color blocks enough light that it appears to be the correct color when viewed by eye.

Color  When coloring biopolymers, there is generally limited differentiation between a pre-colored solution and being colored at the press.  The coloration of recycled materials is typically more consistent in pre-colored form rather than being colored at the press.
