If required to enable any competent authority or agency to verify compliance with Trade Control Laws, Buyer shall, if so requested by Seller, promptly provide Seller with all information pertaining to the particular end customer, the particular destination and the particular intended use of the Products and any other relevant information with regard to existing Trade Control Laws.
