contain so-called Conflict Minerals nor result
from processes utilizing Conflict Minerals.
Failure to do so
will entitle Avient to cancel or delay payment,
but failure to do so will not entitle Supplier to
withhold or delay shipment therefore.

recognized standing which are authorized to do
business in the state in which the Services are
rendered and are rated B+ VII or better by A.M.
