PAYMENTS Unless otherwise directed or agreed to by Seller, all invoices are payable thirty (30) days after the date of invoice. In addition, at any time prior to delivery, Seller may pass through increased fuel surcharges or taxes imposed upon Seller in connection with the sale/shipment of the Product after order acceptance.
