Airtight housings are molded from Maxxam™ FR non-halogenated flame retardant polymers and overmolded with OnFlex™ non-halogenated, flame-retardant thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs). In addition to its non-halogen formulation, the regulatory-compliant Maxxam solution has a lower density than traditional materials, which reduces material consumption and housing weight for greater production efficiency.
