Both halogen and non-halogenated formulations are available for use across a variety of resins and can be customized for specific needs.

All color tones can be customized in virgin or recycled resins of various types.

They are constructed from layers of 0°/90° woven E-glass fiber reinforcements combined with a proprietary resin system in a continuous pultrusion manufacturing process.

Storage and Handling of Vinyl Plastisols A vinyl plastisol is a liquid dispersion of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resins, plasticizers, and miscellaneous additives.

• Coating at the filament level allows the various resins to penetrate the fiber bundle before the yarn are braided.
