Avient Announces Record Third Quarter 2021 Results
• Sales increased 32% to $1.2 billion and GAAP EPS from continuing operations increased
to $0.57 from $0.02 in the prior year quarter
• Adjusted EPS increased 52% to $0.70 driven by record third quarter operating income in
all segments
• Increased dividend 12% to $0.95, on an annualized basis, representing the eleventh
consecutive annual increase
• Expected to continue pursuing sustainable solutions acquisitions and resume
opportunistic share repurchases with net debt to adjusted EBITDA leverage projected at
2.1x by year end
