She has over 25 years of legal expertise and business partnership having served in both in-house leadership roles and at leading law firms. Sanders spent over 20 years at 3M Company with various roles of increasing responsibility, culminating as senior vice president and deputy general counsel supporting global business operations for all segments and manufacturing operations. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with Honors in finance, also from the University of Texas at Austin.

Kronimus joined Avient in March 1999, and in addition to leading the company’s engineered materials business in Europe and India, also serves as Avient’s legal representative in the region, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local governments and associations. Kronimus served as International Controller and Finance Director as well as other positions of financial, commercial and plant management in Avient’s Color, Additives & Ink business unit. Kronimus earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Computer Science from the University of Cologne in Cologne and a master’s degree in Global Management from Europäische Wirtschaftsakademie in Berlin.
